Total Reward Projects Ltd provides specialist remuneration consultancy and advice to public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

Typically the consultancy provides full pay and grading reviews, measuring every job type in an organisation, then creating a new grading structure based on this evidence, researching comparator market pay for each grade and modelling the impact both for the organisation and for individual employees.  Staff communications, including TU negotiations, usually play an important part.

For measuring jobs Total Reward Projects has its own job evaluation scheme, JESS, but it is also expert in the use of other schemes such as JEGS, JESP and NJC.  For most well known job evaluation schemes the consultancy has already or can develop conversion tables.

Besides pay and grading reviews and job evaluation, Total Reward Projects provides a wide range of remuneration related services including advice to remuneration committees, annual pay reports, pay research, competency and performance pay systems, and equal pay audits.

Pay & Reward Workshops

Throughout the year we run specific workshops to help you with pay & reward projects e.g. pay progression, performance related pay etc.
